Usually within the body of a message; acts as a very local setting.

A final verb is recapitulation in the very next clause with a medial version of the same verb.

Circumstance head relationships are used on the theme line of narratives. It provides cohesion with back references to previous events.

This is a common pattern and is used often with Sequential. It is the norm within a chunk to see circumstance-head relationships indicating a continuation of the same theme/topic.
